Job Overview

Amazing Offer is hiring a Jr. Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Agent to join our growing team in Phoenix. This is a field-based sales role focused on working directly with homeowners who are looking to sell their properties.

In this position, you will be trained under a Sr. Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Agent and learn how to evaluate properties, negotiate directly with sellers, and close real estate transactions. This role offers a clear path to advancement and strong earning potential based on performance.

This is not a role for everyone. We are looking for individuals who are self-driven, competitive, and want to take control of their income and career.

We will also pay for and assist you in obtaining your Arizona Real Estate License.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the Phoenix metro area meeting with homeowners looking to sell
• Run appointments and operate in a consultative sales environment
• Explain selling options including retail versus direct sale to Amazing Offer
• Conduct property walkthroughs and evaluate deal potential
• Negotiate directly with homeowners to secure contracts
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, texts, and in-person meetings
• Maintain deal pipeline and notes in CRM systems
• Work closely with acquisitions leadership and marketing teams

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of sales experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent activity
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Reliable vehicle required for daily travel
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment

Real estate experience is a plus, but hunger, discipline, and integrity matter more.

Compensation

• Draw versus commission structure

Average first-year earnings of $75,000

• Earning potential of $125,000 to $220,000 or more as a Sr. Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Agent
• Uncapped commission structure
