The available units range from 792 to 1,334 square feet, with monthly rental rates starting at $1,595.

The new community, developed and managed by Scottdale based P.B Bell, was carefully designed to fit the agricultural style of the surrounding area. The blueprints include pitched roof elements, spacious patio/balconies, pop-outs, and a mix of building materials that reflect Laveen’s agrarian history in the southwest Valley.

As residents and guests approach Weylyn’s main entrance, they will notice a prominent community water tower that stands as a landmark, as well as a community one-stop shop and information center.

MT Builders will be the general contractor. The project consultant team consists of BMA Architecture, Terrascape Consulting, Anderson Design, and Lawrence Lake Interiors.

This marks P.B. Bell’s 37th multifamily community in metro phoenix, adding 7,502 units that have been developed over the past 45 years.

The Scottdale developer is currently working on multiple projects, one is their inaugural single family rental community, Marketside Villas, at Verrado in Buckeye. This community will consist of 150 units. That project is expected to be completed and ready to open this year.
